Tampa International Airport
Tampa, FL, USA
With increasing annual passenger activity, this international airport needed to upgrade its communications center to ensure that passenger safety remains a number one priority.
Profile Consoles and Optimedia Storage Cabinets
The communications center features custom designed consoles arranged in a concave configuration with clean site lines to video display walls that monitor all aspects of the airport.
In 2006 Tampa International Airport saw nearly 19 million passengers pass through its gates and forecasts project passenger activity will increase to 30 million passengers by 2025. The airport aims to exceed its customer expectations by providing the most efficient, safe, secure and convenient air transportation. To help achieve its goal, the airport called on Eaton to enhance its 1,300 sq. ft. communications with the Profile Advanced Console System.
