Green Leaf certificate granted to Eaton BladeUPS

The Eaton BladeUPS, a data centre-specific solution that provides scalable backup power for blade servers, storage devices and IT equipment, has been designated as an Eaton Green Leaf Certified Solution. This is due to its industry leading 97 percent energy efficiency, which the UPS can provide even at low load levels. The Eaton BladeUPS also dissipates on average 65 percent less heat and offers a 70 percent footprint reduction. In environmental terms, this means reduced energy consumption and cooling costs with lower carbon emissions.

The Eaton BladeUPS’s modular flexibility allows power protection to be expanded from 12 kW to 60 kW in a single industry standard 19-inch rack. Thus, it provides more power in less space and the ability to expand as needed.
