Network Shutdown Module (NSM) protects computer systems by shutting down machines connected to protected devices in the event of an extended power outage. NSM warns administrators and users if AC power fails, then it proceeds with system shutdown before the end of battery backup power is reached. NSM is compatible with ESXi and vSphere from VMware.
