Factory Warranty
We are so confident about the performance and reliability of the Eaton UPS and battery system they are backed by a two-year factory warranty. For Powerware and Eaton series 3 and 5 UPSs, a three-year factory warranty is available with product registration. We will repair or replace the warranted item via our
offsite repair service and pay for the shipment of the replacement product to you. In addition, telephone technical support is always available.
Extended Warranty and Warranty +
Extend your standard warranty coverage to 3 years or 5 years with offsite repair service. This option adds advanced exchange to expedite the offsite repair process. Eaton pays all freight charges plus a replacement unit is provided the next business day.
Flex Onsite
Protect your UPS and batteries with onsite start up and corrective maintenance coverage with 24-hour response and telephone technical support. eNotify Remote Monitoring is also included (connectivity parts purchased separately).
PowerTrust Onsite
This service plan includes all of the benefits of the Flex Onsite plan with the added security of an annual preventive maintenance visit to inspect your UPS and batteries.
Gold (FERRUPS 1.4 kVA and below only)
Standard maintenance coverage providing up to five years of service with technical support, advanced exchange replacement and all freight charges paid by Eaton.
Onsite Gold
Receive all the features of the Gold Plan with the added convenience of onsite startup and service instead of overnight replacement. You’ll receive added assurance that your UPS has been installed properly and is operating as designed to protect your critical equipment and information.
Onsite Gold Plus
The Onsite Gold Plus Plan provides maximum protection and responsiveness including all of the features of the Onsite Gold Plan with the added features of annual UPS and battery performance checks.
