Flex Custom Plans
The Flex custom service plan is Eaton’s most powerful coverage option. You decide what services, features and benefits are right for you. Choose coverage and response times, number of annual corrective and preventive maintenance visits and battery coverage needs. The choice is yours.
Eaton’s PowerTrust service package includes 7x24 on-site corrective maintenance, 8-hour response and an annual 5x8 preventive maintenance visit. Plus, the added protection of an annual battery performance check.
All service plans include PredictPulse remote monitoring (parts purchased separately) and optional battery parts and labor coverage. Electronic parts and labor is covered under all plans. Additional preventive maintenance visits can be added to any package. Start-up is purchased separately for Eaton BladeUPS, RPP and 9355. Eaton 9390 includes a 5x8 startup. Discounted spare parts, upgrade kits and time and material visits are included with all plans except PowerTrust Value.
